When standing on the Reflexology plate you stimulate your circulation and your reflex zones on the sole of the foot. Elevation in the middle makes you even reach the zones in the arch effectively.
The red knob in the center can be used to stimulate specific points. The circular rings on the edge used to stimulate the heels.
Reflexology plate is easy to use. Stand on the plate with evenly distributed weight. In the beginning, your feet are sensitive. It is enough to treat for 30 seconds at a time. Increase to 3-5 minutes per session. With extremely high sensitivity, you can put a towel between your feet and the plate.
You can vary your exercises with reflexology plate for example, walk on the same spot. This will add pressure on the various treatment zones.
